Section 17B
Punishment for not providing details or documents related to narcotic drugs
If a drug control officer or investigation officer does not provide any details or documents requested from a person, organization or organization in the course of taking details of narcotic drugs, such person, organization or organization will be punished for committing the same crime. The sentence will be half of the sentence.
